Follow me on FACEBOOK- https://www.facebook.com/foodmastimagic <br />Email me on - foodmasti8786@gmail.com <br />Follow me on Dailymotion : https://www.dailymotion.com/library/v... <br /> <br />ACHARI MUTTON <br /> <br />Mutton 750 gms <br />Onions 3 big <br />Ginger garlic paste 1 and 1./2 tbsp <br />Turmeric powder ½ tsp <br />Red chilli powder 1 tsp <br />Coriander seeds 1 tbsp <br />Cumin seeds 1 tbsp <br />Mustard seeds 1 tbsp <br />Curd 1 bowl /300 gms <br />Salt as per taste <br />Fennel seeds 1 tsp <br />Fenugreek sseds ½ tsp <br />Black seeds 1 tsp <br />Green chillies 4 <br />Coriander leaves <br /> <br />METHOD <br />Grind the coriander seeds,cumin seeds and mustard seeds .make a fine powder. <br />In a pan heat the oil, put onions paste and fry till light brown . <br />Then add ginger garlic paste. <br />Fry till raw smells goes off. <br />Put dry masalas and grinded powder. <br />Fry with some more oil or water. <br />Then add mutton and add water. <br />Cover and Cook it for half an hour . <br />Then add curd then cover and cook it for 15 minutes. <br />After 15 minutes add feenel seeds, fenugreek seeds and black seed. <br />Add green chillies and cook it for 5 minutes more onn low flame. <br />Its ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves.
